We loved this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent facilities including a lovely onsen that's open all night, quick access to transportation right opposite the bus stop, and polite staff who helped us with bus information and interesting spots around. The location was ideal with a nearby park and public foot bath just a short 15-minute walk away. Despite the heavy rainfall on the day we checked-in, the hotel staff offered us a pickup from the station at a reasonable cost and made us feel welcome.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel looked beautiful from outside and has nice surroundings with tall trees and the river nearby. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. The onsen was good and relaxing, especially in the cold weather. It was nice to soak in hot water and enjoy the snowy scenery outside. The hotel was located close to public transport and we could easily explore the area.
The hotel was quite old and the interior looked dated. The room was not spacious, and the carpets were stained.

I had a great time staying at this hotel during my recent trip. The food was delicious and the room was spacious and well-maintained. I also loved their outdoor onsen, despite its small size, it was truly wonderful. The location was also very convenient, just a short drive from the nearby attractions.
There were a couple of things that were not great about my stay. the wifi connection was very weak, making it difficult to research and plan out my itinerary.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. the stunning mountain views from the room were the best part of it all. the hotel's onsen was truly amazing, with a serene atmosphere and lovely hot waters. Another great thing about this place was the exceptionally cosy room decor which made us feel right at home. the well-stocked gift shop on site was also an added bonus.
The air conditioning system was quite old and noisy, making it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep.
