Location is good, near a bus stop. Kamikochi neighborhood was definitely worth visiting. Free parking on site was provided. Honestly nothing to complain about: D

We loved this hotel for its cleanliness, excellent facilities including a lovely onsen that's open all night, quick access to transportation right opposite the bus stop, and polite staff who helped us with bus information and interesting spots around. The location was ideal with a nearby park and public foot bath just a short 15-minute walk away. Despite the heavy rainfall on the day we checked-in, the hotel staff offered us a pickup from the station at a reasonable cost and made us feel welcome.

The hotel looked beautiful from outside and has nice surroundings with tall trees and the river nearby. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. the stunning mountain views from the room were the best part of it all. the hotel's onsen was truly amazing, with a serene atmosphere and lovely hot waters. Another great thing about this place was the exceptionally cosy room decor which made us feel right at home. the well-stocked gift shop on site was also an added bonus.
